As a general rule, Papers, Technical Notes, Letters and Discussions to be published in the IJEMAT will be printed from the manuscript in style file submitted by the authors. Papers, Technical Notes, and Letters to be published in the IJEMAT will also be published in an electronic journal. These Guidelines are designed to help the authors who wish to submit papers or articles to IJEMAT.

Papers published in the IJEMAT should have the contents that contribute to scientific research or technology and should satisfy the following requirements:

· The paper is objectively judged to have creativity and originality.
· The paper is useful to the development of the scientific research or the technology.

Manuscripts that appear to be within the scope of the Journal will be peer-reviewed. Reviewers are asked to consider several aspects of the manuscript, including content, originality, structure and quality of text.

Submission of the final manuscript implies that the manuscript is in its final form. Deviations from the instructions will cause publication delay.
